ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Maritime Expert Solutions STCW Basic Training Online Course is an interactive digital training platform delivering the four mandatory modules required for seafarers under the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW 2010). The platform brings the full classroom curriculum online — Personal Survival Techniques (PST), Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (FPFF), Elementary First Aid (EFA), and Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (PSSR) — so that every seafarer can complete their mandatory certification from anywhere, at their own pace.
The course is designed for individual seafarers entering or renewing their maritime careers: deck and engine-room ratings, officers in training, yacht crew, cruise ship staff, offshore workers, and anyone who needs a recognized STCW Basic Training certificate of completion before stepping aboard a vessel. Each module combines focused lessons with an automated knowledge-check quiz; the platform tracks progress, grades assessments instantly, and issues a certificate of completion the moment a student passes all four modules — no manual instructor intervention required.
